Osasuna Continues Preparation for Visit to Mendizorrotza

 Thursday, Los Rojillos to Train Behind Closed Doors at El Sadar

Club Atlético Osasuna returned to the training pitch at Tajonar Sports Complex on Wednesday morning for its second training session ahead of Sunday’s match at Deportivo Alavés. Kickoff is scheduled for 9 p.m. CET (8 p.m. BST, 3 p.m. ET). The session included rondos, possession drills and small-sided matches.

Forward Raúl Moro completed the session with the team. Defender Iker Benito continued his recovery from a knee injury. Forwards Ante Budimir and Víctor Muñoz participated with their national teams Tuesday night. Osasuna Promesas goalkeeper Dimitrios Stamatakis and forwards Roberto Arroyo and Dani González joined the first team for training.

Head coach Alessio Lisci will lead a closed-door session Thursday morning at El Sadar. On Friday, fans are invited to the Tajonar Sports Complex at 11:20 a.m. Before opening the gates, the team will train behind closed doors, as is customary two days before a match. On Saturday, Los Rojillos will hold an open training session at El Sadar beginning at 11 a.m.
